Section 80
Protection of service conditions
The conditions of service related to salary, gratuity, pension and other facilities applicable to any employee immediately upon his appointment shall not be changed in such a way as to adversely affect him without his approval. If the subsequent amendment will in any way adversely affect the above-mentioned conditions of service of an employee existing before such amendment, such provision shall not be applicable to him without the written approval of such amendment.
